THE PRACTICE
About
Harley Street Therapy is a private practice offering integrative psychotherapy by combining the heritage of Harley Street with a modern approach.
We work with people from all walks of life, including those in public or demanding professional roles. The practice balances therapeutic depth with practical flexibility around complex schedules and commitments. It is dedicated to exceptional care, tailored to individual needs.
FOCUS
How we can help
People come with many things: anxiety that does not lift, low mood, the effects of earlier experiences that show up now, grief and loss, strain in relationships, questions of identity and belonging, pressure linked to public or professional life.
Pre-trial therapy is available, in line with CPS guidance, if an investigation or court process is in progress. Please mention this when you enquire. Whatever you want to share is held with discretion and clinical care.
We offer a safe, confidential space to explore your experiences, understand patterns, and develop strategies to manage emotions and improve wellbeing. Our work is tailored to your needs, at a pace that feels right for you.

APPROACH
How we work
Hello, and welcome.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), having completed BACP-accredited postgraduate training. I offer confidential, individually tailored therapy to adults, including people in the public eye, senior leadership, and the creative fields.
My background in senior communications and relationship work with global organisations and individuals whose lives attract attention informs a discreet practice.
I meet people as they are, where they are, without judgment, and provide a safe, confidential space for reflection and exploration. My approach is collaborative and integrative, with a psychodynamic, whole-person focus. We begin with what matters to you, agree on a focus and a pace that feels right, and check in on progress as we go.
If you are considering therapy and would like to see how it might feel to work together, we can arrange a short, confidential video consultation. This is an opportunity to talk through what brings you here and to ask any questions you may have.
